Due to the nature of our business, all sales are FINAL. The only exception to this rule is in the rare event that we send you the wrong item(s) OR the item(s) are defective.
If you receive the wrong item(s) or items are defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) after you receive the items and we will arrange for you to ship them back at our expense. After we receive and inspect all items, we will ship you the correct item(s) with the shortest shipping time option available to ensure that you are not waiting for an extended time period.
