Please allow 5-7 business days for your payment to clear and you to receive your order for hair extensions, hair products and hair accessories. Please allow 7-10 business days for custom wigs. Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number by email.Â
Unfortunately we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. ***We suggest that you order as far in advance as time permits in order to meet any deadlines for events that you have planned.
We like to be completely transparent with our clients, therefore it is important that we inform you that although it is our goal to remain in stock at all times, there might be a time where we do not have all items on hand and unfortunately, we aren't always aware of what our vendor partners have on hand. If you order an item and its not available from our vendor, we will contact you immediately and offer a substitution. If you do not want to substitute your item(s), we will process a refund to you immediately. The amount of time it takes for your refund to deposit back into your account depends on your banking institution.
To avoid any missing shipments and/or fraud attempts, we require a signature confirmation with all order deliveries. Carriers will usually make several attempts to deliver the package and/or provide information on how the package can be picked up. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to receive their shipment. We are not responsible for any abandoned shipments.
